The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for effectively recruiting students to join our educational programs. This role involves direct communication with potential students through calls and follow-ups, guiding them towards the most suitable courses and entry levels based on their educational background and skills. The primary goal is to maximize enrollments and ensure students are well-informed about their options.

- Contact Leads: Proactively engage with provided leads to introduce educational programs and match prospects with suitable courses.
- Advice Potential Students: Offer advice on course offerings, aligning recommendations with the prospect’s educational background and skills.
- Manage Enrollment Process: Guide prospects through the enrollment steps, assisting with form completion and documentation.
- Collaborate on Strategy: Work with the team on sales and marketing strategies to boost recruitment efforts.
- Maintain Records and Report: Keep detailed records of interactions and report on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Conduct Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to inform recruitment and program strategies.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly, maintaining positive relationships with potential students.
- Knowledge of the education sector and course offerings is a MUST
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and motivate others.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Plan, Prepare and deliver courses/training according to the training plan.
- Provide individual and/or group instruction and training to students, faculty, and/or staff on computer technologies.
- Research and Design the training material as per the course outline discussed with the Training head, prepare a complete teaching plan with the Training head.
- Provide technical support for research and development initiatives and for the implementation of new technologies
- Support classroom culture and relationship building with students
- Prepare Exam Content and evaluate Students answer sheets
- Maintain a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems; participates in professional and personal development activities as appropriate.
- Any other task assigned by the management as is within the scope of duty.
- 1+ years experience of professional coding in languages used in the classroom (HTML, CSS, Java Script framework, Mobile app, Bootstrap/ any other CSS framework, PHP, Java Script, Laravel/Yii2, VueJS, ReactJS, NodeJS)
- Bachelor’s degree in any software development related course
