Class Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
IST may cancel or reschedule a class at its discretion, and if it does, will use reasonable efforts to notify you at least one week in advance. You will not be charged for the IST cancellation or rescheduling.
Please notify us of any changes in your scheduled training as soon as possible.
You must call IST (Tel: + 254 20 319174 / 248237) to cancel or reschedule a class.
